For a nonalcoholic beverage, substitute pomegranate juice for the liqueur and ginger ale for the champagne. (If you can’t find a 25.4-oz bottle of ginger ale, you’ll need two to three 12-oz cans.)

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup pomegranate liqueur
  2. 1/3 cup ginger syrup
  3. 1 bottle (750 ml) champagne, chilled
  4. 8 orange peel twists, if desired
Instructions
  1. In 2-cup measuring cup, stir together liqueur and syrup. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until chilled.
  2. To serve, pour syrup mixture evenly into 8 champagne flutes. Fill rest of each glass with chilled champagne. Garnish with orange peel twists.
