Quick and easy peppermint fudge that doesn’t require a thermometer and looks beautiful for the holidays!

Ingredients
  1. 1 package (10 to 12 ounces) white baking chips
  2. 1 can (16 ounces) vanilla frosting
  3. ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  4. 8 drops red food coloring
  5. ¼ cup crushed peppermint candies plus 1 tablespoon for garnish
Instructions
  1. Line a 9 inch pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the white baking chips over medium low heat and stir until smooth. Stir in peppermint extract, vanilla frosting and ¼ cup crushed peppermint candies.
  3. Drop the red food coloring randomly on the top of the fudge and swirl with a knife. Refrigerate one hour or until set. Cut into squares.
